INJURY, LOSS OF PERSONAL ITEMS AND TARDINESS
Legendary Journeys will not be held responsible for injuries , death, loss of personal belongings or late arrival of the client to the reserved excursions. Please make certain that you carry the final itinerairy and agreement you have with Legendary Journeys during the tour for planning and expectation for the day or days Your guide will have a copy as well for ID purposes.
Availability is only given for the moment when a request is made. Availibility is not a tour garantee nor final reservation.
DEPOSITS and RESERVATION E-MAILS
For daily tours final reservation is confirmed upon receipt of payment by credit card.
Round trips and special programs are confirmed after final agreement including payment conditions are settled and first down payment is made.
CANCELLING OF A RESERVATION
Cancellations are honored two weeks prior to your reserved excursion.
