Kusadasi is near to the ancient city of Ephesus. Cleopatra, Mark Anthony, Virgin Mary and John the Apostle once walked its streets. It is considered an open-air museum. The city has more than 30 structures on each side of the streets that still bear the mark of ancient chariot wheels.

Your guide will show you the awe inspiring Grand Theater, where St. Paul preached.  You will walk the Marble Street to the Library of Celsus, then continue through the ancient ruins.
You will then continue to the House of the Virgin Mary, which is a 15 minute drive from Ephesus. It is beleived that Mary was brought to Ephesus by the Apostle John where she lived her final days. This church was erected on the foundation of that house.
End your visit at the Museum where the details found during the excavations are displayed. Then a short drive to the Temple of Artemis, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World.
